Musical Table B: A Musical Pool of Dreams
Participants are invited to this experiential poetry and listen to the music of their collective actions.
Simple Instructions:
1) Take a seat
2) Hold onto the grounding brass candlestick with one hand
3) Touch the pool with the other.
4) If you hold hands with someone holding the brass stick, your movements in the pool will be heard as well.
For larger groups:
As long as someone is holding the grounding brass, and touching the water, anyone else can touch the edge of the pool and water to experience the sound. Experiment away.
Poetic Instructions:
-1) The participant is invited to take a seat, at a height appropriate for their comfort and explore the musical pool of dreams with others together at the reflecting pool.
2) The participant must hold with one hand one of the grounding bars to connect with and begin their interactions with the pool of dreams.
3) The participant is invited to touch the objects in the pool, take a treasure/leave a treasure or leave behind a floating candle with a wish written upon it on the bottom.

50% of all sponsorship contributions will go to Artport Kingston to support the future of this program and ongoing exhibition.
25% of sponsorships will go to reimbursement of artist costs for this exhibition and 25% will go to a collected community fund for future programming.
